It starts with a call.

Three steps, in the order they happen.

  1. Strategy call

Thirty minutes, free, with one of the co-founders. Where the business stands, what is already working, and where opportunities are being lost.

  2. Scope

We come back with a written scope and a fixed figure: the working model that fits, what is included, and what you will see when.

  3. Work

Then we build, or we run, and you see the work as it happens: direct access to the people doing it, and a report at the cadence the work supports.

Two working models.

Ongoing work runs on a retainer. A defined piece of work runs as a project.

Monthly Retainer

A monthly engagement for ongoing marketing: content production, ad management, SEO, website updates, CRM follow-up, performance review and optimization.

Typically covers

  • Content production
  • Ad management
  • SEO
  • Website updates
  • CRM follow-up
  • Performance review and optimization

Tailor-Made / One-Off Projects

Projects with a defined scope and deliverable for a specific need: a website design or redesign, a CRM setup, an AI phone answering system, AI workflow automation, an ad campaign setup, a brand and content system, or a growth strategy and business development project.

Typically covers

  • Website design or redesign
  • CRM setup
  • AI phone answering
  • AI workflow automation
  • Ad campaign setup
  • Brand and content system
  • Growth strategy and business development project

Many clients start with a project and continue on a retainer; some do the reverse. Both are written down before anything starts.

True of every engagement.

You own everything.

The accounts, the data, the ad platforms and the systems are set up in your name and stay there.

Fixed scope, fixed fee.

A written scope and a fixed figure before any work starts; nothing billed by the hour.

Reporting at the cadence the work supports.

Monthly for a retainer, at each milestone for a project, and weekly once a pipeline is live and there are numbers to report.

In the first weeks of a build there are no campaign numbers yet, so the report covers what was built and what comes next; once the work is live, it carries the numbers.

No long lock-ins.

Retainers run month to month after the first ninety days.
