Where the funnel bleeds.

Four specific places, in the order they cost you money.

Attribution
Showroom traffic is unattributed. Someone walks in, buys a $40,000 kitchen, and no system records what brought them.
Attendance
Booked design appointments are missed, and the miss is absorbed rather than measured.
Memory
Sample and quote follow-up depends on whichever person remembers.
Time
The cycle runs three to nine months, so a stalled quote looks identical to a slow one.

The four numbers we report on.

With a project worth $15,000 to $35,000 and a cycle that can run three to nine months, cost per lead says little. These four say more.

cost per booked design appointment
Cost per lead counts inquiries. This counts slots on the calendar — the first thing that has ever cost you anything to lose.
appointment-kept rate
The share of booked design appointments that are actually attended. A booked appointment that nobody attends cost you the acquisition and the hour — blended lead cost hides it completely.
quote-to-signed rate
On a three-to-nine-month cycle, this is the number that moves when follow-up runs and stalls when it does not.
cost per signed job
With a $15,000 to $35,000 average project, this is the only acquisition figure that belongs in the same sentence as your margin.

How the engagement runs.

  1. Diagnostic call

Thirty minutes, free. We go through where your inquiries come from, how many become kept design appointments, and what happens to a quote after the showroom visit.

  2. Pipeline Build

Fixed scope, fixed fee, 30 to 60 days. The four stages built and handed over running. Scope is set after the diagnostic, against what your pipeline actually needs.

  3. Ongoing management

Monthly, month to month after the first ninety days. We run the pipeline, report on the four numbers, and keep tightening the weakest stage.

The build is a tailor-made project; the management is a monthly retainer. Both follow the working models on the How We Work page.

What you get every week.

Once the pipeline is live, one page, the same six blocks every week, sent the same morning. In the first weeks of a build there are no campaign numbers yet, so the report covers what was built and what comes next.
